1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from efosis.com (“Website”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this Website. These Terms apply exclusively to users in Pakistan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Sale of Goods Act 1930, the Contract Act 1872, and the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002.
2. About efosis.com — Dropshipping & Pricing Transparency
Our Business Model
efosis.com is a dropshipping e-commerce platform. We list products sourced from the Markaz supplier network. When you place an order, we forward it to Markaz, which handles product sourcing, packing, and dispatch to your delivery address in Pakistan. We do not operate a physical warehouse.
Pricing & Commission Disclosure
IMPORTANT — Please read carefully:
• Product prices displayed on efosis.com are our retail prices and include a service commission charged by efosis.com above the base supplier price on Markaz.
• This commission covers our services: website operation, customer support, order management, payment processing, and profit.
• You are not paying the Markaz wholesale price; you are paying efosis.com‘s retail price, which is higher.
• This is standard practice in e-commerce and dropshipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this pricing model.
• We do not represent or imply that our prices are the lowest available from Markaz or any other source.
ⓘ efosis.com is fully transparent about its dropshipping and commission model. Customers accept these terms by completing a purchase.
3. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.
• You must provide accurate delivery information within Pakistan. We currently ship to all provinces and territories of Pakistan.
• You must have a valid payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery where available).
4. Orders & Contract Formation
An order placed on efosis.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when:
• We send you an order confirmation via SMS or email; AND
• Payment is successfully processed or Cash on Delivery is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud), and will provide a full refund if payment was already made.
5. Payment
• Accepted methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer (IBFT/HBL/Meezan/UBL/other), Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• COD orders require payment to the courier at delivery. Refusal to pay on delivery may result in your account being restricted.
• We do not store card numbers or account credentials. Payment security is managed by our payment partners.
6. Delivery & Shipping
• We deliver across Pakistan only (no international shipping at this time).
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after order confirmation, subject to courier availability and location.
• Delivery is handled by third-party couriers (TCS, Leopards, Trax, or similar) arranged through Markaz.
• efosis.com is not liable for courier delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
• A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
7. Cancellations
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
• To cancel, contact us at contact@efosis.com or via WhatsApp with your order ID.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (Section 8).
8. Returns & Refunds
Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions only:
• Product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing.
• Return request is made within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories/tags.
Non-Returnable Items
• Personal care and hygiene products (opened)
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the listing
• Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer).
• COD orders will receive bank transfer refunds — please provide your account details.
ⓘ Refund eligibility is subject to Markaz supplier confirmation. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
9. Product Listings & Accuracy
We strive to display products accurately. However, product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided by the Markaz supplier network. efosis.com is not responsible for minor discrepancies in colour due to screen display differences or minor variations in product specifications provided by the supplier.
If a product is materially different from its listing, you are entitled to a return and refund as per Section 8.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on efosis.com — including but not limited to the logo, website design, text, graphics, and product descriptions compiled by us — is the intellectual property of efosis.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission. Product images may be owned by Markaz or its suppliers.
11. Prohibited Conduct
By using efosis.com, you agree NOT to:
• Place fraudulent orders or provide false delivery information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Website
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access product data
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with our team
• Violate any applicable Pakistani law while using our services
Violation may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and/or referral to law enforcement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, efosis.com, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website
• Loss of data or profits
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by couriers or Markaz
• Third-party website content linked from efosis.com
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
13. Disclaimer
efosis.com is a reseller and dropshipping intermediary. We are not the manufacturer of any product listed on our website. Product warranties, if any, are subject to the original manufacturer’s terms. We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. In case of a dispute:
• Step 1 — Negotiation: Contact us at contact@efosis.com to resolve the issue amicably within 14 days.
• Step 2 — Mediation: If unresolved, the parties may seek mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Pakistan.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Disputes not resolved by mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala or Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
15. Privacy
Your use of efosis.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Please review it carefully.
16. Amendments to Terms
efosis.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Website after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
